Our Portfolio
Riverstone currently owns and operates over 70 communities in 15 states. We are always open to reviewing properties that may fit our buying criteria. We typically look to buy properties with strong occupancy (over 75%, but as high as possible) and about 75 or more units.
We currently have communities in the highlighted states, however we will consider a property in any region as we are seeking to expand into new areas.
