We understand that it can be challenging to transition from military to civilian life – however, we are here to help!

Another concern held by many in the military community is “Ok, I was hired, but now what?  How do I get acclimated to an entirely new career and way of life?”  We can help here too!

We offer a robust training program from the time you are on boarded as a new team member, throughout your duration of employment with us.  

Upon hire, you are connected with a Trainer that will work with you 1:1 through your Training Passport to help ensure you are set up for success.  You are also matched up with a Mentor that will also be available to acclimate you to the “Riverstone Way” and answer any questions you might have.  

After your initial on boarding training – there are many opportunities for you to get involved in additional training, as much or as little as you have interest to do so.  All of our team members manage their own training, learning and development here.  There are virtual classes, in person classes, learning paths (career development tracks) and online classes that you can participate in.  Plus, we do support our team members attending outside classes through schools/universities etc, that are applicable to their professional development.  We are an organization focused on team member personal growth, but allow you to drive that at your own pace and desire.
